E-invoicing
B2B, B2C, B2G

Electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) is the exchange of digital invoices between two or more entities (businesses, government, natural persons) involved in a commercial transaction.

In essence, electronic invoicing means eliminating the printing of sales documents on paper and sending them electronically (via e-mail) to the counterparty who receives the service or the goods. The recipient can be a business, a private person or a State.

Free yourself immediately from tasks that require significant resources and add complexity and high costs by discovering the benefits of e-INVOICE electronic invoicing service from certified and official providers from the very first day!

B2G E-INVOICING

Transmission of electronic invoices to the Government

The exclusive use of electronic invoicing for public sector suppliers is now mandatory (Law 52445/2023), as stipulated by the Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette B’ 2385/12/4/2023).

The B2G E-INVOICING service covers the above obligation and offers the possibility of automated and secure electronic invoices sent to the Government, which has direct operational benefits for the supplier.

  • The B2G E-INVOICING service in 5 simple steps
  • The supplier issues the document from his commercial application and sends it to the B2G E-INVOICING service
  • The document is sent to AADE so that the publisher’s e-books can be updated and the document can receive a MARK Number and an Authentication String.
  • B2G E-INVOICING creates the electronic document according to the specifications of the National Format and sends it to the Interoperability Center (KED) of GIS through the PEPPOL network.
  • The KED receives the relevant document and forwards it to the competent Contracting Authority.

Through the B2G E-INVOICING service, the supplier has immediate information about the state of the Government’s processing of his documents.
