Preparation:

  • Creation of a project team: The team members who will implement the project are selected from both companies according to their speciality, including IT executives and business users.
  • Schedule and budget: Based on the information communicated to us, a detailed schedule is created, and the project budget is determined based on the first step.

Analysis and Design:

  • Analysis of business processes: The company’s business processes and policies have been analyzed and recorded in detail so far.
  • Creating a system design: The design of the corresponding trading system is decided and developed, including the required services from the many options we provide.
  • Software selection: The appropriate ERP/CRM/WMS software that best meets the business’s needs is selected, and our detailed offer is drawn up with the necessary modules and all financial modules without any hidden costs.

Implementation and Configuration:

  • Software installation: The software is installed in the company’s environment locally on the customer’s server or in the cloud, depending on the agreement
  • System customization: The ERP/CRM/WMS system is adapted and customized according to the requirements of the business and based on the departments involved.
  • Data transfer: The necessary data from the old systems, such as customers, suppliers, items, balances, etc., are carefully transferred to the new ERP/CRM/WMS system

Training and Testing:

  • System Testing: Various tests are conducted on selected system functions to ensure that the ERP/CRM/WMS works correctly and as per requirements.
  • User training: Predefined end users are trained using the new ERP system.

Start (Go-Live):

  • Transition to the new system: The ERP/CRM/WMS system is put into operation, and the transition from the old systems to the new is made.
  • Post Launch Support: Users receive ongoing support, and any issues that arise during initial system operation are addressed.

Maintenance and Optimization:

  • System maintenance: Continuous support and maintenance of the ERP system is provided.

Optimization: Continuous evaluation and optimization of processes is conducted to ensure that the ERP system delivers maximum benefits.
